Mend-A-Bath International Company History
Mend-A-Bath International was founded in South Africa in the early 1970’s. The company headquarters, manufacturing and training facilities are still based in S.A. Over the last 40 years, Mend-A-Bath has become one of the largest sanitaryware resurfacing companies in the world, with franchise operations in over 50 counties worldwide.
Mend-A-Bath Internationals’ success has been achieved though a commitment to customer satisfaction and continuous product development. We consistently deliver market leading products and services to hotels, B&B’s, housing associations, cruise liners and home owners through our global network of franchises.
In 1978 in response to demands in the market, Mendabath set out to develop a range of DIY Bath resurfacing products. These actions resulted in the highly successful Tubby DIY Bath Resurfacing Kit, giving people the option to complete their resurfacing projects in a DIY environment. The full range of Tubby DIY products is available only through www.tubbyuk.com in the UK.
Due to the quality of our manufacturing and testing facilities, Mend-A-Bath International is regularly used to consult and test automotive paints for Volkswagen South Africa. Our services have also been used by companies in the yachting industry.
